In Fizz

What Fizz does with this

This tool prints one card. In Fizz the same order of the day lives on your wedding website, on every guest's phone and in their calendar, and you change a time in one place.

Five printed orders of the day side by side, each headed The order of the day for Olivia and James: Signature in cream and gold, Modern Minimal in white and navy, Botanical in sage green, Art Deco in black and gold and Handwritten in blush pink.

Five printed styles, in your colours

This tool prints the Signature style. Fizz also has Modern Minimal, Botanical, Art Deco and Handwritten, in the colours of your wedding page, as an A4 or A5 PDF or a phone image.

Five printed itineraries: the Signature design in cream, in a dark plum theme and in a dark green theme, then a full run sheet for suppliers with a tag beside every item, and the best man's own schedule.

The right copy for each person

Print one for guests, one for the wedding party, one for a single role such as the best man, and a full run sheet for suppliers with a tag beside every moment showing who it is for.

The wedding day itinerary on a guest's phone for Saturday 21 August 2027: breakfast, guests arrive at 2:15 pm, the ceremony in the Orangery at 3:00, drinks on the lawn, the wedding breakfast, speeches and the first dance, each with a small gold icon.
The same itinerary on the best man's phone, with his extra items marked Wedding party: hair and make-up in the Garden Suite, rings and buttonholes in the front hall, and group photos in the walled garden.

The wedding party see more than guests

Set each moment for everyone, for the wedding party, or for particular roles. Guests see the shared day on their phones; the best man also sees hair and make-up, rings and buttonholes and group photos, marked Wedding party.

The Add to your calendar section of the wedding page itinerary on a phone: a note to pick either a downloaded file or a subscription, and two buttons, Download a calendar file and Subscribe to updates.

Into every guest’s calendar

A guest can download a calendar file, or subscribe so their calendar follows any change you make. They only get the moments meant for them, in the venue’s local time.

The Itinerary section of a wedding website as a guest sees it: Download or print and Add to your calendar buttons above Saturday 22 August 2026, listing breakfast, guests arrive, the ceremony in the Orangery and the drinks reception, each with its time, place and a short note.

Live on your wedding website

The order of the day sits on your wedding website, with Download or print and Add to your calendar buttons above it, so nobody has to ask what time the ceremony is.

Questions couples ask

How long is a typical wedding day?

Our starting timeline runs 10 hours 30 minutes from the first photos at 1:00 pm to carriages at 11:30 pm. Your guests' day is a little shorter: 9 hours, from arrival at 2:30 pm. Every time in the tool is a suggestion, so change any of them.

When should the speeches be?

Our starting timeline puts the wedding breakfast at 6:00 pm and the speeches at 7:30 pm, 1 hour 30 minutes later, so the speeches follow the meal and come before the first dance. Move them to suit your caterer and your speakers: change the time and the moment slots into place.

Can I share the timeline with my wedding party?

In this tool you can download a copy for guests, a copy for the wedding party, or a full run sheet for suppliers, and send the file yourself. In Fizz you set who each moment is for (everyone, the wedding party, or particular roles such as the best man), and your wedding party see their extra moments on their own phones.

Is my timeline saved anywhere?

No. The timeline lives on this page in your browser and the card is drawn on your device, so nothing you type is sent to us. If you close the page the timeline is gone, so download your copy first.
