Questions couples ask

When should save-the-dates go out?

Most couples in the UK and Ireland send them six to twelve months before the wedding. Go nearer twelve months if guests will travel, or if the date falls in peak summer or on a bank holiday weekend. The invitations themselves follow about two to three months before the day.

Can I print it?

The card downloads at 1080 by 1350 pixels. At 300 dpi that prints 91 by 114 millimetres, a little smaller than a postcard, and sharp. It is made for phones first, so a much larger print will look softer. The place card sheet is A4 at 300 dpi and prints at full size.

Is it really free?

Yes. The Signature save-the-date and the sheet of place cards are free to download, with no sign-up and no watermark. The other four styles, and the invitation and table card with your wedding’s own QR code, come with Fizz plans.

Do you keep the names I type?

No. The cards are drawn in your browser by code on this page. Nothing you type is sent to us or to anyone else, and closing the page clears it.
