every part of your wedding

No two parts of a wedding are alike. Plan each one its own way.

A ceremony for close family, dinner for sixty, a party for everyone, brunch the morning after. Give each its own place, time and guests. Every guest sees just the parts they are invited to.

from a single ceremony to a whole weekend

A small ceremony, a big party, a quiet brunch. Each has its own guests, and Fizz keeps every list straight.

Every event, one wedding

Start with a single ceremony or plan a whole weekend: ceremony, reception, evening party, Sunday brunch. Each has its own date, start time and place, all on one wedding page.

The Itinerary list for Clara and Theo's wedding day. Rows run from breakfast to the evening party, and the Ceremony, Wedding breakfast and Evening party rows are marked Asks for a reply, with their times and the venue.

Each venue typed once

Add the church and the reception venue once, with their addresses. Change a detail and every event held there updates.

The right guests at each

Sort guests into groups such as Close family or Evening only, then choose who each event is for. Guests see just their own events and reply to each one.

Every meal planned on its own

The wedding breakfast and the morning-after brunch each get their own menu, caterer, meal deadline and seating plan. Only guests coming to a meal can be seated at it.

Photos that stay with their event

Keep a private moment private. An event's photos can be shown only to the guests invited to it, and you always see everything.

Common questions

How is this different from the itinerary?

The itinerary is the running order inside your day, such as speeches and the first dance. Events are the places and gatherings your guests are invited to and reply to.

Which plans include events and places?

Every plan. One wedding page holds your whole wedding, with as many events and places as it needs, from a single ceremony to a whole weekend. Celebrating twice, say at home and then abroad on another date? Celebrate and Champagne give you more wedding pages, one for each celebration. The pricing page has the numbers.

Can guests see events they are not invited to?

No. Each guest sees only the events their group is invited to.

Can I have a different menu for each event?

Yes. Each meal has its own menu, caterer and meal deadline, and its own seating plan.

Can I keep an event's photos private to its guests?

Yes. Tick Only show this event's photos to guests invited to it on the event. It is off by default.

What if a place or time changes?

Edit the place or the event. Every event held at a place shows the new name and address as soon as you save.
