The wedding website, handled

Set up a Fizz site for each couple, join as a collaborator, and run RSVPs, menus and guest lists on their behalf. You keep every detail straight, and the couple gets a site that looks like they made it.

we know how many lists you keep

You choreograph forty suppliers without breaking a sweat. The website should be the easiest thing on your list.

RSVPs, menus and dietary needs in one place

Collect responses, meal choices and dietary notes without spreadsheets, with every dish tagged for the 14 UK allergens, or show a buffet menu nobody has to choose from. Set plus-one and children rules per guest, watch adult and child headcounts update, and export everything to CSV for caterers and venues.

A seating plan that arranges itself

Lay out the room on a live floor plan, from rounds and trestles to banquet rows, horseshoes and rings. Drag guests from the RSVP list onto tables, or auto-arrange with households kept together and the wedding party seated first at the top table, then fine-tune down to the chair. When it is ready, the couple can publish it so guests find their own seat, and the per-table caterer exports, printable table plan and place cards come out the other end.

A share kit ready to print

Save-the-date and invite cards, QR table cards that collect guests' photos and videos on the day, and place cards for every seated guest, in five styles coloured to match the couple's theme and sized for print and social. The day's itinerary prints as a PDF or phone images too.

One couple, several celebrations

More couples now marry in stages: a register office at home and a ceremony abroad, or a wedding for each family. On Celebrate a couple gets two wedding pages, and on Champagne up to four, all under one account. Each page has its own guests, RSVPs, seating plan and photos, and the couple can invite you to just the pages you are running.

Join as a collaborator

Every Fizz plan includes collaborator access. The couple owns their site and Wedding Pass; you are invited in with your own login to set up pages, manage RSVPs and keep everything on track.

Build the day's itinerary with the couple

As a collaborator you can build the itinerary alongside the couple: timed items for the ceremony, the meal and the evening, all shown in the venue's local time. Keep some items for the wedding party only, then preview it as a guest or as a best man before the couple shows it to their guests.

The seating plan, exactly as guests see it

Publish the finished plan to the couple’s wedding website in the style that suits the day: Classic, Stationery or Blueprint. Guests search their name and find their chair.

How it works

The couple starts a Wedding Pass

Or you set the site up together. Each wedding lives on its own Fizz site.

They add you as a collaborator

One invitation from their account gives you your own login.

You run it together

From the first save-the-date to the final thank-you, everything stays in one place.

Common questions

Do I need my own Wedding Pass?

No. Each couple's Wedding Pass covers their site, and every plan includes collaborator access for their planner.

Can I manage more than one couple?

Yes. Each wedding lives on its own site, and you can be a collaborator on as many sites as you are invited to.

What can a collaborator do?

Collaborators help run the site: pages, RSVP settings, menus, guest lists and the gallery.

Do guests have to install anything?

Guests RSVP and share straight from the couple's website in their browser. The Fizz companion app, for capturing the day as it happens, is coming soon.
