Common questions
Do guests need to download an app?
No. Guests upload from their phone's browser. The companion app is coming soon and will add in-the-moment capture, but everything works on the website today.
Is our gallery public?
No. Your wedding website is private to you and your guests, and you control who has access.
What about videos?
Guests can upload videos as well as photos, and they play right in the gallery.
Can we download everything afterwards?
Yes. You can download your media, so the whole collection is yours to keep.
How many photos can guests upload?
It depends on your plan. Every plan includes guest photo and video collection; the limits for each are on the pricing page.
Can we choose what appears?
Yes. You moderate your gallery and guest book: review, curate and remove anything that does not belong.
